Print Revenue Calculation Ledger / Accounting Orders

When the revenue calculation is saved, the accounting will be updated directly when using direct integration. If you have selected one of the alternatives Yes, via ledger..., you must first print the ledger in the Print Revenue Calculation Ledger / Accounting Orders procedures under Accounting | Projects.

The list can be selected by Project number and Project type. The voucher date suggested under the Create tab is the last day in the current period. The date displayed on each project's row is the last day in the period where you saved the actual revenue calculation. Since the revenue calculation is made per period, there is only one calculation per project. If you have performed several calculations (before the ledger has been reset) for the same period, then the latest saved calculation will be loaded to the ledger.

Important Considerations

Before you perform the revenue calculation it is important to make sure that the supplier invoices have been recorded in the correct period and that the recordings have been adjusted.

Should you discover any errors or inaccuracies in the revenue calculation after the ledger has been reset, this must be rectified manually on a separate voucher.
